此機可與小軋車（樹脂壓染機）搭配使用，適用于化驗室定型、烘干、樹脂培烘色等，可模擬生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場的條件．做預(yù)先試驗染料、助劑或整理助劑結(jié)牢固度及品質(zhì)的影響。
Application
Be used with small padder / resin pressure dyeing machine and applicable for
lab setting ,drying ,resins baking colors and many other processing . It can simulate
sopt conditions to test the hardness and quality influence of dyes, auxiliaries and
finishing auxiliaries beforehand.
主要技術(shù)參數(shù)
可控制定型時間，可自動進料出料。
溫度準確，采用熱風循環(huán)；溫控電腦帶PID調(diào)節(jié)，溫度在80℃ -250℃時，度達±1% 。
特別設(shè)計的針板對于平織布及針織布都能適用，尤其是樣布的經(jīng)向、緯向張力均可調(diào)整。
