     HTY-12P/24P車輪式紅外線染色機(jī)是華夏科技公司研發(fā)的新一代紅外線輻射熱傳導(dǎo)式染樣機(jī)。該機(jī)結(jié)合了普通紅外線機(jī)和高溫甘油機(jī)的特點(diǎn)和優(yōu)點(diǎn)，克服了它們的不足，是一款集環(huán)保、節(jié)能、高效于一體的高性能打樣機(jī)，是目前取代普通紅外線和甘油及高溫高壓打樣機(jī)的產(chǎn)品，是染樣機(jī)領(lǐng)域的一場(chǎng)技術(shù)革命，必將給紡織、印染、化工及助劑行業(yè)帶來(lái)巨大的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和火熱社會(huì)效益。
主要優(yōu)點(diǎn)：
1、安裝可編程智能液晶電腦，多種表達(dá)方式，實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控試驗(yàn)倉(cāng)工作狀態(tài)。
2、使用涂層紅外線燈管加熱，沒(méi)有油煙污染，沒(méi)有甘油損耗，功率小，且保溫、恒溫效果好，又可節(jié)省巨額甘油及用電費(fèi)用。
    3、采用變頻器控制，自動(dòng)正反轉(zhuǎn)裝置并可調(diào)節(jié)杯盤運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)速度，更好的配合現(xiàn)場(chǎng)大貨工藝的運(yùn)動(dòng)方式，轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)時(shí)使杯內(nèi)的染液來(lái)回波動(dòng)，使染液上色率更均勻，適合各種原料染色，可得到最平整及均勻的樣布。
4、采用風(fēng)冷式降溫系統(tǒng)，不需外接水源，減少了水資源的浪費(fèi)。
5、可使用不同浴比、不同布種同時(shí)打樣，并可在升溫途中隨時(shí)取放染杯而不影響打樣速度及效果。
6、浴比小，最小可打1：5不色花，可與小浴比染色機(jī)相配套。
7、采用全新的測(cè)控溫技術(shù)，可確保該機(jī)長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)定運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，燈管壽命高于普通紅外線機(jī)。
8、整機(jī)均為不銹鋼鏡面板制成，占地面積小。
Introduction
HTY-12/24P cartwheeling infrared dyeing machine developed by our company is the latest 
generation. It combines the advantages of common infrared machines with the 
Characteristics high-temperature glycerol machines and overcomes their deficiencies. It is a set of environmental energy-saving efficient proof press, replaces common infrared machines and the HTHP proof press, 
causes technical reform of dyeing prototype ,brings enormous economic and social benefits to 
textile, dyeing and finishing, chemical and additives industry.
Main advantages 
1.It installs a programmable intelligent LCD computer which has various expressions and monitors 
real-time working condition.
2.It uses the infrared coating which is low power, no smoking pollution and loss of glycerol ,it has 
good thermal insulation effect, and is effective in saving energy and costs.
3.It adopts measuring and controlling temperature technology which guarantees the durable operation ,
so that life is much higher than common infrared machine.
4.It uses air cooling system without external sources, reducing the waste of water.
5.You can Simultaneously proof at different bath ratio with different fabrics the same time, and random 
take the samples during heating without affecting the speed and effectiveness of sampling.
6.Low bath ratio.It can be as low as 1:5. It can be matched with spray dyeing machine.
7.The whole machine are made of stainless steel panel, and it occupies a few ares.
8.It uses frequency conversion control and automatic positive inversion devices.It can adjust the running 
speed of cups,better meet the operation of large stale production.360°tumbling motion make the dye back and forth to obtain the uniform dye uptake.It is suitable for all kinds of fabric.
